GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

The Scientific Committee of the Congress invites all interested parties to submit their abstracts by Friday, March 15, 2024.

1. Abstract Title:
The title should be clear and concise
Do not use abbreviations in the title

2. Authors and Affiliations:

List all authors who contributed to the work
Specify the respective institution for each author

3. Abstract Structure:

Introduction: Briefly explain the purpose and objectives of the research
Methods: Describe the methods and procedures used
Results: State the main findings of the research
Conclusion: Summarize your findings and their significance

4. Limitations:

The abstract should not exceed 300 words
The number of authors is limited to 10
The abstract must be written in English
Submit the abstract in .docx format

5. Graphical Materials:

You may include tables, charts, or images

6. Abbreviations:

Use standard abbreviations in parentheses after the full word appears for the first time

7. Keywords:

Provide 3-5 keywords that best describe your work

After you submit your abstract, you will receive information about the status of your abstract (accepted, rejected, revisions required, etc.) via email by no later than March 20, 2024.
